Solar Smash puts the full force of the cosmos in your hands, letting you tear apart planets, trigger supernovas, and conjure black holes that swallow everything in their path. The game sits at the intersection of physics simulation and open-ended creativity, giving equal weight to building planetary systems and obliterating them. Controls are described as intuitive and suited to both newcomers and seasoned players.

Several scenes show a brightly glowing orange and yellow fissure splitting a planet from its surface down to its core. In one moment, a large grey spherical moon slams directly into the surface of a blue and green planet. Another scene catches a red open-top car sailing past a planet's surface.

How to Play Solar Smash

The objective is to destroy all planets using a variety of weapons. Beyond pure destruction, Solar Smash also lets you build your own planetary systems and customize them however you like — creating worlds is just as much on the table as ending them. Weapons range across options capable of causing supernovas and generating black holes that consume everything nearby.
